Prize(s): A total of (55) prize winners will be selected, fifteen separate winners for the World of Outlaws race events at Attica Raceway Park, Lawrenceburg Speedway, and Eldora Speedway and 10 separate winners for the World of Outlaws race at Sharon Speedway. All four races are listed on the Website identified below. Each prize will consist of the following: Two tickets to a specific World of Outlaws event race. Each prize is valued at approximately $50, except for Lawrenceburg Speedway where the prize is valued at approximately $54.

National Interstate Insurance Company and its insurance agency affiliate Explorer RV Insurance Agency, Inc. ("Sponsor") will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
- Dates of Contest: The contest will begin and end on or about the start and finish dates listed above (the "Contest Period"). There will be four separate contests - one for each of the four races identified in the Website. No entry will be considered if received after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time on the following dates for each of the five races:
- July 23, 2007 for the July 25th World of Outlaws Late Model (National Interstate Speed Week Race #1);
- July 23, 2007 for the July 26th World of Outlaws Late Model (National Interstate Speed Week Race #2);
- July 23, 2007 for the July 27th World of Outlaws Late Model (National Interstate Speed Week Race #3); and
- July 23, 2007 for the July 28th World of Outlaws Late Model (National Interstate Speed Week Race #4).
- How to Enter: The only entries permitted must be submitted in the manner instructed on the Sponsor's web site ( www.nationalinterstateracing.com ) (the "Website").
- How to Play: Out of all available entries for each of the four races, winners will be chosen at random by Sponsor. Contestants may enter for all four races, and may win a pair of tickets to all four races if their names are selected. No contestant may win more than a pair of tickets to any single race.

2. Prize(s). The prizes to be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are described above. If a winner is disqualified or unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. All prizes will be subject to any applicable restrictions on use by Sponsor or the World of Outlaws.
3. Eligibility and Limitations. Winner(s) must be U.S. citizens residing within the continental United States and must be at least 18-years old. No more than one pair of tickets for any single race will be awarded to individuals in the same household. Employees of Sponsor and their affiliates, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
4. Telephone, Mail, and Communications Disclaimer. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call or internet connection due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond a party's control, or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission or other delivery method. Sponsor is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.
5. Publicity. By participating, all participants grant Sponsor exclusive permission to use their names, entries, or information provided in connection with promotion of this and other contests, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
6. Release. By participating, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.
7. Taxes. The valuation of any prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
8. Decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Decisions will be made by Sponsor and are final.
9. Miscellaneous. No purchase necessary to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Sponsor may amend the rules or discontinue the contest at any time as announced on the Website. Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of this contest. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Sponsor and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope.
